.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A cold front will continue to
move S across the waters tonight before dissipating Fri. High
pressure will build E over the waters behind the front through
Fri while a coastal trough forms and persists. A weak cold front
or trough will move S across the northern and central CA waters
Fri night then dissipate. High pressure will rebuild W of the
waters Sat and persist through Tue night. Additionally a coastal
trough will persist along the coastline Sat through Tue night.
